5

Lifetime License

5.1
CreativeXpos may offer a Lifetime License for a one-time fee, as stated in the Customer's invoice or purchase agreement.
5.2
A Lifetime License grants the Customer the usage rights expressly included in the purchased license. It does not transfer ownership of CreativeXpos, its Source Code, or its intellectual property.
5.3
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a Lifetime License is limited to the licensed restaurant, business, tenant, users, branches, and features specified at the time of purchase.

6.5
The Customer's ownership of a domain or hosting account does not grant ownership of CreativeXpos Source Code or intellectual property.
